The access map provides a visual, interactive graph that allows you to explore and manage access relationships across your Tines 3B tenant. It helps you quickly understand how members, groups, connectors, skills, and spaces interact, all from a single interface.

The access map displays the following:
Members: Individual users, identified by their avatars.
Groups: User groups, including total member counts.
Connectors: Third-party applications and services currently connected.
Skills: AI capabilities, highlighted with graduation cap icons.
Spaces: Shared workspaces where teams collaborate.
Visualizing relationships
The map makes complex permissions easy to see at a glance:
Membership edges: Clearly indicate which groups a user belongs to.
Direct grants: Show direct access permissions between principals (users/groups) and resources (connectors/skills/spaces).
Inherited access: Visualize access users gain through their group memberships.
Derived access: Highlight which connectors or skills are available to a space based on its members.
Interactive controls
You can interact with the map to manage your environment:
Search: Locate specific nodes (members, groups, etc.) by name or email.
Create items: Use the add (+) button to create new members, groups, connectors, skills, or spaces.
Explore: Click on any node to highlight its unique path and see all its active connections.
Sort: Click column headers to organize nodes alphabetically.
Collapse: Click collapse to only show the access map related to your search or selected user.
Managing access with drag & drop
You can update permissions directly on the map:
Assign members: Drag a user onto a group to add them.
Grant access: Drag a user or group onto a connector, skill, or space to grant immediate access.
Share resources: Drag a connector or skill onto a space to make it available to all members of that space.
Note: Valid drop targets will highlight automatically when you drag an item.
Important management features
Context menu (···): Right-click any node to view details, revoke access, or delete the item (with safety warnings provided).
Bottom toolbar: Use this to see a summary of the selected node’s connections, toggle visibility for different access types (Direct, Inherited, Available), or hide unrelated nodes.
Permissions & locks: The map respects your current access levels. If an IdP sync lock is in place for your tenant, certain operations, such as user provisioning, group membership changes, or group creation, may be restricted.
