The workflow execution panel provides an overview of activity across your team spaces over the last 30 days. It helps you quickly identify usage trends and see how active your workflows are.
The chart displays a bar for each team space, representing the total number of workflow runs on the main branch. The center of the panel highlights the total execution count across all your team spaces.
Interacting with the data
Hover effects: Hover over any bar to highlight a specific space and easily compare its activity with others.
Drill-down view: Click on a space to view a detailed breakdown, including a list of the busiest workflows, their individual execution counts, and when they were last run. You can click on any workflow in this list to navigate directly to it.
Things to note
Scope: This view only includes team spaces; personal spaces are excluded.
Data source: Only runs on live (main) branches are counted. Draft or branch executions are not included.
Visualization: The bar chart uses scaling to ensure that spaces with vastly different usage volumes remain easy to compare.
Empty state: If there are no executions in the last 30 days, the panel will note that no executions were found on live branches.
