The active workflows by space dashboard provides a clear overview of your team's automation activity. It visualizes how many workflows have been running within your spaces over the last 30 days.
This dashboard features a donut chart that displays the distribution of active workflows across your various spaces.
You can see all your active workflows, and how many are in each space.
How we define an active workflow
To keep your data relevant, we only include workflows that are currently in use. A workflow is considered active if it meets both of the following criteria:
It has been published: The workflow must have a commit, meaning it has been saved and published at least once.
It has run recently: The workflow must have executed at least once in the last 30 days.
How to interact with the chart
The dashboard is designed to help you quickly explore your workflow data:
View details: Hover over any segment of the donut chart to see the name of the space, the specific count of active workflows, and a list of the workflow names included in that total.
Navigate to spaces: You can click on any specific space segment in the chart to be taken directly to that space's individual page.
