Keeping your workspace organized is essential for maintaining efficient automation. Our duplicate workflow detection feature helps you identify and consolidate redundant workflows, saving you time and reducing maintenance efforts.
Our system uses an intelligent detection process to find workflows that perform similar tasks. It automatically analyzes key information to find matches, including:
Workflow names.
The purpose defined in your workflow documentation.
The apps and connectors involved.
Once potential duplicates are detected, they appear in your monitoring dashboard for your final review.
Reviewing duplicates
When you open the duplicate workflow panel, you can review identified pairs through an interactive, card-based interface. For each pair, you have three options:
Keep both: Select this if the workflows serve different purposes and both should remain active.
Pick one: Select this if the workflows are duplicates. You will choose one to keep active, and the other will be automatically paused.
Skip: Choose this if you want to review the pair at a later time.
Once you have reviewed all flagged pairs, you will see a confirmation message letting you know you are all caught up. This process ensures your workspace remains clean, efficient, and free of conflicting automation.
