The command bar is the quickest way to get around Tines 3B. From one search box you can jump to a workflow, reopen a chat, open a connector, and more, without clicking through the sidebar. And when an exact match doesn't surface what you're after, Tines 3B can search for it on your behalf.
Open the command bar
You can open it two ways:
With the keyboard. Press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux. The same shortcut closes it again.
With the search icon. Select the magnifying glass in the top bar or the sidebar.
The bar opens with the cursor already in the search box, so you can start typing right away.
Search across your workspace
Start typing and the command bar matches as you go, grouping results by type:
Chats. Your personal chats, so you can reopen a conversation by name.
Workflows. Any workflow you can access, each labeled with the space it lives in.
Connectors. Your configured connectors, matched by name and by the app they connect to.
Skills. Skills available to you, matched by name and description.
Spaces. The spaces you can open.
Selecting a result takes you straight to it: a workflow opens in its editor, a chat reopens, and a connector opens its details.
Jump back into recent work
Open the command bar without typing anything and it shows your recent chats and recently opened workflows. It's a fast way to pick up where you left off, no search term required.
Let 3B find it when a direct match comes up short
Sometimes you remember what something does but not what it's called. When a direct search returns nothing, Tines 3B can look for it for you. Select "Ask 3B to find it" (or press Enter), and Tines 3B searches your workspace and lists what it finds under "Found by 3B."
If Tines 3B still can't find a match, you can hand the search off to a chat, where Tines 3B can dig in further and help you track it down.
Add a connector without leaving search
If you search for an app you haven't connected yet, the command bar offers it under "Add a connector." Selecting it creates a new connector of that type and opens it so you can finish setup.
Note: This option appears only if you have permission to create connectors.
Get around with the keyboard
The command bar is built to use without the mouse:
Up and down arrows move the selection through the results.
Enter opens the selected result.
Esc closes the command bar.
